These Terms of Service (ToS) govern your use of the VisionX anti-cheat system and are a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and VisionX ("we", "us", or "our"). By using VisionX, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to these ToS, please do not use our system.
Upon acceptance of these ToS and payment of applicable fees, VisionX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our anti-cheat system on your FiveM server(s) under the terms described herein.

Your server must meet specific technical requirements provided by VisionX for the anti-cheat system to function correctly. You are responsible for ensuring that your server complies with these requirements.
To access and use VisionX, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
Access to VisionX requires the purchase of a license. All payments are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in the termination of your license.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to VisionX if you violate these ToS or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to our system or other users.
VisionX is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of VisionX.
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Your continued use of VisionX after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
